Eternity Medicine
recognizes mind as infinite and indestructible and thus regards immortality as
a given. This is truly a monumental event in the history of medicine. Eternity
medicine then is really about the process through which we humans achieve 'well-being'
by the "ordering of consciousness" Remembering
(anamnesis) is central to this process and includes the integration of both our
species and our own psycho-historical development. The Universe Story transcends
biblical genesis and Darwinian evolution. Brian
Swimme best tells this new story. We provide a brief monograph
and streaming video to give you an
overview of Eternity Medicine. We encourage you to explore the information offered
by Brian Swimme found in the resources section. The
important fact is that with the vast amount of information available to you with
the Internet you can discover and experience the non-local nature of mind, for
yourself. Eternity Medicines goal
is to simply provide a context. Information without a context provides no
meaning. After World War Two American Universities (and other countries) embarked
on a program of specialization that all but obliterated those "patterns which
connect". Eternity Medicine
seeks to bring about a 'Metanoia"- i.e. a fundamental change in the way one
thinks about life. We want to challenge prevailing assumptions (world views) since
we recognize that you cannot heal the body or mind without healing the life first.
Health exists in a context and it is the context (worldview) that is ailing. We
see from the Monograph-that throughout history there have been profound shifts
in worldview and that we are currently in the midst of the emergence of a new
worldview (the integral structure of consciousness). Eternity
Medicine believes that by remembering the Universe Story and integrating the four
previous structures of consciousness we awaken to the integral human. This remembering
gradually leads people to wholeness, to meaning, to a tacit knowledge of the mystery
held within their own being.
